Equality project belonging to Leonardo da Vinci training programmes, contract FIN/98/2/06039/PI/II.1.1.d/CONT (1998 - 2001)
The objectives of the project:
- more opportunities to women to apply for and attend occupational education and to get employed in the industrial sector;
- to promote equality in education and working life.
The product of the project:
training programme of an orientation course for women in metal engineering, electrical engineering and construction sectors.
An orientation course according to the WOMEC training programme has been carried out in Adulta twice, during the project as a pilot course 1999 - 2000 and in autumn 2001.
